Post-Utopia adalah proyek pribadi yang saya (Reza Adhiatma) mulai pada tahun 2020, di tengah jeda pandemi. Nama Post-Utopia mencerminkan visi tentang “kini yang luas” sebuah masa kini yang selalu dihantui oleh masa lalu dan diterjang oleh masa depan yang belum tiba.
Di sini, saya menulis dan meriset tentang persinggungan antara teknologi, politik, dan imajinasi budaya—dengan pengaruh kuat dari fiksi ilmiah dan horor, yang bagi saya adalah dua bahasa paling jujur untuk membaca ketakutan dan harapan zaman.
Post-Utopia tidak berdiri sendiri. Ia tumbuh dari percakapan, dari dukungan teman-teman yang percaya pada kerja-kerja seperti ini. Merekalah yang membuat proyek ini tidak berhenti di catatan pinggir.

Post-Utopia is personal project I (Reza Adhiatma) started in 2020 during the pandemic break. The name Post-Utopia itself reflects the vision of the broad present, in which the future and the past bleed into, and contaminate the experience of now.
Here, I write and research at the intersection of technology, politics, and cultural imagination heavily influenced by science fiction and horror, which I consider two of the most honest languages for reading the fears and hopes of our time.
Post-Utopia does not stand alone. It grows from conversations, from the support of friends who believe in work like this. They are the ones who keep this project from remaining a mere footnote.
